We can't wait to meet you!

All profit from our paid sessions goes directly back into our outdoor communities. We achieve this by providing free sessions to local charities, and offering free spaces at our scheduled sessions. Thank you for supporting us to help more people get outside. Together we can achieve our vision of sparking positive change for people, communities and planet through reconnecting with nature.

Supported by Musselburgh Common Good Fund we are running a free four week block of Forest Therapy sessions for those with a Musselburgh postcode. Join us for a four week block designed to help you reconnect — with nature, with yourself, and with others. Being outdoors in natural environments calms the nervous system, lowers blood pressure, supports immunity, improves sleep and increases concentration. This makes nature an ideal place to learn and absorb information. These sessions are for adults with mild to moderate mental health issues, or who would like to learn the benefits of spending time in nature for physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Feedback from our April sessions
"A truly restorative session. Holly and Chloe are fantastic leaders who understand the importance of pace - the included time for individual reflection and exploration was exactly what I needed... it was the perfect environment to rest and recharge."
