We can't wait to meet you!

All profit from our paid sessions goes directly back into our outdoor communities. We achieve this by providing free sessions to local charities, and offering free spaces at our scheduled sessions. Thank you for supporting us to help more people get outside. Together we can achieve our vision of sparking positive change for people, communities and planet through reconnecting with nature.

Escape the pace of every day life and join us to experience the restorative power of nature at our GetOut and Breathe sessions. A monthly programme of 4 sessions designed to help you reconnect — with nature, with yourself, and with others.
Being outdoors in natural environments calms the nervous system, lowers blood pressure, supports immunity, improves sleep and increases concentration. This makes nature an ideal place to learn and absorb information.
Through gentle guided activities, mindful moments and time spent outdoors in a welcoming small-group setting,
you’ll discover simple ways to feel more refreshed, energised and connected to the natural world. These sessions will help you
- enjoy the proven benefits of spending time in nature
- boost your physical & emotional wellbeing
- learn simple mindfulness techniques to help you slow down and recharge
- meet like-minded people whilst enjoying meaningful conversation.
These sessions are FREE for adults 18+ with a Musselburgh postcode, and is generously supported by Musselburgh Common Good Fund.
